We are a Cape Town based tax practice and specialise in income tax and related taxes such as capital gains tax, donations tax, dividends tax and other withholding taxes. We also have extensive experience in cross-border matters and the application of double tax agreements.

I qualified as an attorney after studying for a B Comm Law degree at the University of Stellenbosch and immediately went on to work in the tax industry.
I worked as an in-house tax consultant at a financial services group and then moved to the tax consulting industry where I spent the next 14 years in the tax advisory divisions of some of the Big 4 auditing companies. I worked mainly on large corporates and multi-nationals providing tax advisory services on transactions, mergers, employment incentive schemes and various industry related tax incentives.
During 2015 I moved to the niche tax consulting practice, The Cape Tax Company (Pty) Ltd. At Cape Tax my focus shifted towards SMMEs, local and foreign nationals and trusts. The experience and knowledge I gained at the Big 4s could be used to assist in providing high quality advice to my new clients. I assisted in various cross-border matters, for individuals as well as for SMMEs looking to expand into Africa or Europe, to assisting South Africans exiting from the South African tax regime or incoming foreign nationals who required assistance with their South African tax obligations.
In 2020 I started my own tax practice, Sule Nannucci Tax Consulting (Pty) Ltd, where I will continue to use my specialist tax knowledge to assist my clients in optimising their tax affairs. I look forward to helping people with their tax queries and assisting them in meeting their tax compliance obligations.
